Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Toscana is a complete super premium dry food developed for adult dogs of medium and large breeds. The formula based on easily digestible duck and low-fat sea fish is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. It contains carefully selected herbs and ingredients that support the health of the skin, coat and joints.
Thanks to its moderate fat content (7.5%), the food is perfect for castrated dogs and quadrupeds with reduced physical activity. The recipe is gluten-free, which makes it suitable for dogs with sensitive digestive tracts.

Nutritional recommendations:
It can be served dry or in warm water (approx. 60°C). The amount of food should be adjusted to the age, weight, activity level and condition of the dog. The daily dose is best divided into 2-3 meals. Provide the dog with access to fresh drinking water.
