Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensitive Puppy & Junior is a complete wet food created especially for puppies and young dogs. Its recipe is based on easily digestible chicken, valuable salmon and potatoes, which are a source of easily digestible carbohydrates. The composition has been developed with the delicate digestive system of young dogs in mind, providing them with optimal support during the period of intensive growth and development.
The product contains natural ingredients that support digestion and immunity, such as psyllium husks, chicory powder, chamomile, salmon oil and mussel powder. The addition of rapeseed oil and chicken fat provides essential fatty acids, and eggshells provide a source of natural calcium that supports the development of bones and teeth.
The food does not contain artificial preservatives, dyes or gluten. It can be used as a standalone meal or as part of a balanced diet in combination with dry food from the same line.
