Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Senior 11 kg is a natural, complete dry food developed especially for older dogs. Thanks to easily digestible ingredients and reduced levels of sodium and phosphorus, the food perfectly supports the functioning of the kidneys and other internal organs, which become more sensitive with age.
The formula has been adapted to the changing needs of senior dogs - with a moderate amount of animal protein (21%) , optimal fat levels and the addition of local herbs and vegetables that support digestion, immunity and overall vitality. The composition includes, among others , poultry protein, rice, whole grains, carrots, parsley, cress and green oats , as well as omega-3 and omega-6 , which care for a healthy coat and skin.
The food can be served dry or in the form of a mash after pouring warm water. Due to the higher sensitivity of older dogs, it is recommended to divide the daily dose into 2-3 smaller meals.
