Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Natural composition - no compromises
The food contains 23% duck protein and 5% salmon meal, as well as herbs such as rosemary, thyme, lavender and basil. All this without artificial colours, flavours and without added sugar.
Method of administration
Serve dry or after pouring warm water (60°C). Always provide your dog with access to fresh water. The daily portion can be adjusted to the individual needs of the dog.
