Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Junior Lamm & Reis 4 kg is a high-quality super premium dry food, specially developed for young dogs from 7 to 18 months of age. Contains easily digestible lamb and rice, which provide the right amount of protein and energy during the moderate growth period. The product does not contain gluten, poultry or potatoes, making it also suitable for dogs with a delicate digestive system.
The composition also includes herbs that support the digestive system and immunity, and New Zealand mussels that support joints. Heart-shaped croquettes with a hole facilitate chewing and improve the digestibility of the food.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 7 to 18 months of age. After this period, switch to adult dog food. Divide the daily portion into 2–3 meals. The food can be served dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). Provide the dog with constant access to fresh water.
