Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Food for young dogs (7–18 months)
This dry food was created especially for young dogs that are 7 months old and are entering the next stage of development. It contains 5 types of animal protein, including poultry, lamb and fish. Gluten-free rice provides an easily digestible source of energy, and a specially selected complex of vitamins and herbs supports immunity and digestion.
Thanks to the content of calcium and vitamin D3, the food ensures the proper development of bones and joints, and the unique shape of the kibbles with a hole supports better absorption of ingredients.
