Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Fit & Vital Puppy 1 kg is a balanced super premium dry food for puppies from 1 to 6 months of age. The formula has been developed with intensive growth in mind in the first period of a dog's life.
It contains proteins from five different animal sources: poultry, fish (salmon), lamb, eggs and liver hydrolysate. It does not contain wheat, which makes it easily digestible. The presence of ginger and New Zealand mussel supports immunity and the joint system, and linseed provides omega-3 and omega-6 acids, which improve the condition of the skin and coat.

Nutritional recommendations:
Feed from 1 to 6 months of age. Then switch to food for young dogs (e.g. Fit & Vital Junior). Divide the portion into 3–4 meals. Can be served dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). Constant access to fresh water is mandatory.
