Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Fit & Vital Puppy 10 kg is a complete, dry super premium food created especially for puppies aged 1 to 6 months – i.e. in the period of intensive growth. Contains proteins from five selected animal sources: poultry, lamb, fish, eggs and liver.
The food does not contain wheat, which makes it easily digestible and also suitable for dogs with sensitive digestive systems. Enriched with linseed (omega-3 and omega-6), it supports healthy skin and shiny fur. Ginger and New Zealand mussels support natural immunity and joint development.
Heart-shaped croquettes with a hole are easy to chew and promote better digestion.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve from 1 to 6 months of age. After this period, gradually switch to food for young dogs (e.g. Fit & Vital Junior). Divide the daily portion into 3–4 meals. The food can be served dry or soaked in warm water (approx. 60°C). Ensure constant access to fresh water.
