Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Canada 11 kg is a complete, grain-free super premium food created especially for adult, active dogs over 11 kg. The unique composition of salmon, rabbit and lamb is enriched with potatoes as an easily digestible source of carbohydrates, ensuring optimal digestion even in dogs with a sensitive digestive system.
The food contains as much as 79% animal protein and valuable oils (sunflower, rapeseed, linseed), rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which support healthy skin and shiny fur. Additionally, the presence of New Zealand mussel supports the dog's joints and mobility, and a carefully selected mixture of herbs supports digestion and immunity.
The recipe is grain-free, gluten-free, artificially preservative-free, and contains no added sugar, making it ideal for dogs with food allergies or special dietary requirements. The product can be served dry or soaked in warm water.
