Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

How do I properly use my FURMINATOR® brush?

Use 1-2 times a week for 10-20 minutes

Remove any tangles or dirt from the coat before use.

Comb your dog dry , in the direction of hair growth.

Start from the head and move towards the tail

Avoid pressing too hard or combing in one place for too long.

Pay special attention to the belly, groin and paw areas – brush gently

In case of irritation, discontinue the treatment.
