Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.

How to use:
Unlock the protection and spray the places where the parasites appear.

On the animal : spray the areas with parasites from a distance of 30 cm, avoiding the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of a larger infestation, spray the entire body (1-4 sprays per kg of body weight), then wait for it to dry and wipe or comb the fur.

In the environment : spray mist in beds, on carpets, blankets or in the carrier.
If necessary, repeat the treatment after 7 days.
