Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove True Fresh Cat Adult & Sterilized Fresh Fish with Buckwheat & Lentils is a full -time, unzhone food for adult cats, also after sterilization. Its formula based on fresh fish meat (70%) is distinguished by high tasty and easternity, thanks to which it even suits picky cats.
The addition of fiber and L-carnitine supports normal body weight and metabolism, and the presence of buckwheat and lentil vegetable proteins provides valuable nutrients. The recipe enriched with cranberry, sea buckthorn and blueberries supports the health of the urinary tract, and the water eyelash and salmon oil provide omega-3 fatty acids and polyphenols, supporting the condition of the skin, hair and brain work.
The food does not contain cereals, potatoes, GMOs or meat flour, which makes it suitable also for sensitive cats.
