Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove True Fresh Cat Adult & Sterilized Fresh Chicken with Buckwheat & Lentils is a full -time, non -spray food created for adult cats, also after sterilization. The formula based on fresh chicken (70%) and enriched with buckwheat and red lentils provides high -quality protein and natural minerals.
The recipe supports weight control and satiety due to the presence of fiber and L-carnitine, which participates in fat burning and maintaining muscle mass. Ingredients such as cranberry, sea buckthorn and blueberries help maintain the correct pH of urine and support the health of the urinary tract. The addition of salmon water and salmon oil provides omega-3 and polyphenols that improve the condition of the skin, hair and support cognitive functions.
The food does not contain cereals, potatoes, GMOs or meat flour, thanks to which it will also work for sensitive and picky cats.
