Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

The lentils and buckwheat contained in the formula are natural sources of proteins and minerals, and L-carnitine supports fat burning and maintenance of muscle mass. Fiber from vegetables and herbs provides satiety, supporting weight control. Salmon oil and eyelash protein provide valuable omega-3 acids, supporting skin, coat and nervous system health. The addition of cranberry, sea buckthorn and berries supports urinary tract and immunity.
The formula does not contain cereals, potatoes, GMOs or meat flour - it is ideal for sensitive and picky cats.
