Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

Carnilove True Fresh Dog Senior Fresh Chicken with Buckwheat & Apples is a high quality food with chicken flavor with buckwheat and apples, enriched with egg shells and ordinary sea buckthorn, helping to maintain the right body weight and recommended to older dogs. The high content of fresh chicken (1kg of food prepared from 600g of fresh meat) from local, proven sources affects the excellent taste of meals and their absorption. The addition of buckwheat is a source of minerals and fiber, and the water eyelash (lemna) provides the necessary omega-3 fatty acids. The content of berries and thyme provides a dose of necessary antioxidants protecting body cells against the effects of aging, and also supports normal metabolism.
