Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove Dog Adult Fresh Carp & Trout It is a full -time, non -identical holistic class food, created especially for adult dogs. Its formula was based on high content fresh carp and trout meatwhich are natural sources Omega-3 fatty acids - Extremely important for healthy skin, shiny hair and a strong immune system.
The food contains 80%meat and fish (fresh 26%carp, dried trout 18%, fresh and dried salmon in total 26%), which provides the dog with an excellent protein profile and easily digestible. Fish fats are well absorbed and do not burden the digestive system, while supporting Neurological functions, sight, metabolism and hair quality.
Addition salmon, linseed and EPA and DHA oil Supports the natural protective barrier of the skin, prevents its dryness and supports regenerative processes. The food is also enriched with a mixture of vegetables, fruits and herbs - Pumpkin, chickpeas, apples, blueberry, sea buckthorn, thyme and rosemary - which have anti -inflammatory properties, improve digestion and support the body's natural immunity.
