Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Carnilove True Fresh Dog Adult Small Breed Fresh Fish with Lentils & Apples This is a full -time, non -irbidlift Super Premium class food, specially developed for adult dogs small breeds (1-10 kg). Thanks to the high content of fresh fish (up to 60% in each portion, most of which come from the North Sea and joints in the South Czech Republic), karma is distinguished by its exceptional taste and easternity.
Addition red lentils This is not only valuable vegetable protein, but also a source of fiber and minerals that support healthy metabolism. Apples, present in the composition, provide natural fiber supporting bowel function. Ginger and cranberry provide natural antioxidants that strengthen immunity, a chicory root It works prebiotic thanks to the content of inulin.
Optimized content Omega-3 (1.5%) and omega-6 (1.6%) fatty acids It has a positive effect on the condition of the skin and hair and supports the work of the heart and brain.
