Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Brit Fresh Duck & Millet Adult Run & Work It is a full -time, holistic dry food specially developed for adult dogs with increased activity - athletes, working and energetic comrades. The recipe is based on fresh (40%) and dried (30%) duck, providing high -quality protein and fats necessary for everyday effort.
The karma has been enriched with millet, oats, buckwheat, linseed, zucchini, spinach, herbs and probiotics, supporting digestion, resistance and condition of the musculoskeletal system. It does not contain gluten, soy, corn, artificial dyes or preservatives.
