Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Based on fresh salmon and dehydratized chicken, it contains natural sources of omega-3 and omega-6 acids, which support skin health and improve the condition of the hair. The recipe contains a high level of fiber, which supports the removal of hair balls and supports weight control.

Method of administration:
Serve the food dry or moistened. Introduce it gradually for 5-7 days. Adjust the daily dose to the level of cat's activity and weight. Always provide access to fresh water.
