Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

ZOLUX PURECAT FRESH odour absorber inserts were created with a hygienic and friendly environment for the cat and its owner in mind. Thanks to the content of activated carbon, they effectively eliminate unpleasant odours, working after 24 hours from being placed in the litter box.
A complete and convenient solution
The set includes a plastic holder and two sachets with odour absorber. Assembly is quick and easy, and the holder can be placed anywhere in the litter box. The sachets can be cut to size, allowing them to fit any type of litter box - both open and closed.
Lasts up to 1 month
The granules contained in the sachets work for up to 4 weeks, effectively capturing odors from cat feces. After swelling, the inserts should be replaced with new ones.
